• All cupboards, shelves and built-ins: inside and outside, including hinges and handles
• Windowsills, window frames and glass cleaned (all windows)
• Window tracks and rubber seals wiped down
• Radiators: top, sides, between fins (use radiator brush)
• All walls: marks, scuffs and fingerprints removed
• Skirting boards wiped down
• Door: both sides, door frame, handle, hinges
• Any built-in wardrobes or storage: inside and outside, including floor and ceiling inside
• Light switches and socket covers wiped down
• Ceiling: dust, cobwebs in corners
• Ceiling light/fitting cleaned, bulbs wiped
• Floor: thorough vacuum (if carpet) or wash (if hard floor), including corners and edges
• Carpet spot-cleaned if stained (hard floor: grout or joins scrubbed if tiled)
• Fireplace / mantelpiece cleaned inside and out (if present)
• Balcony door tracks cleaned (if present)
• Any hooks, nails or wall fixings removed and holes filled (if included in scope)
